1. What file formats are the templates in?

The files work on Word 97, 2003, 2007, Office 2010, 2013, 2016, Windows 7, XP, and Vista.

2. Can I download them online?

You can download the files instantly. After you make the payment, You are automatically sent an email with a link to a Secure Download Page from where you can save the templates to your PC.

3. What is the license agreement?

You can change any part of the templates that you wish. The main restriction is that you cannot sell, rent or license these templates as though they were your own. Read the License Agreement here

4. What is the refund policy?

We offer a 60 days refund policy.

7. What type of payments do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard, Bravo, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB.

We also accept PayPal. The products we sell on this site are delivered to you by our ecommerce partner eJunkie.

9. I need technical support. Who do I contact?

If you experience trouble downloading a product, or you have other technical issues with a product, please contact ivan@klariti.com.

10. I have not received my product. Who do I contact?

Please email ivan@klariti.com and include the order number.

11. I’ve accidentally deleted my templates!

Please email ivan@klariti.com with your order number. If you have forgotten or lost the receipt number, let us know when you bought the templates and the email address you used to buy the products.

12. Why does my file say it’s corrupt?

If you open a zip file during the download, it may display an error message that the file is corrupt.

What this means is that not all of the file have downloaded, so the system thinks the contents are corrupt.

Please try to download the file again or contact us. We’ll send you another copy.

13. How are customer inquiries handled?

When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. If the product is unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons beyond our control then a refund may be processed. Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original purchase.
