1. What file formats are the templates in?

The MS Office files work on Word 97, 2003, 2007, Office 2010, 2013, 2016, Windows 7, XP, Vista.

The Apple iWork template work on the latest versions of Pages and Numbers as well as previous versions.

2. Can I download them online?

After you make the payment, you are sent an email with link to a Download Page from where you can save the templates.

3. What is the license agreement?

You can change any part of the templates that you wish. The main restriction is that you cannot sell, rent or license these templates as though they were your own. Read the License Agreement here

4. What is the refund policy?

We offer a 60 days refund policy.

10. Help! I’ve accidentally deleted my templates!

Just drop us a line with the order number. We’ll send it out.

If you have forgotten or lost the receipt number, let us know when you bought the templates and the email address you used to buy the products.

11. Why does my file say it’s corrupt?

If you open a zip file before it has fully downloaded, it may display an error message saying that the file is corrupt.

What this means is that not all of the file have downloaded and therefore the system thinks its contents are corrupt.

Please try to download the file again or contact us for assistance.

12. What is your return policy?

Klariti Ltd refunds product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

13. How are customer inquiries handled?

When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. If the product is unsatisfactory for reasons beyond our control then a refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original purchase.
